JACKSON & CO. 2014 :: A Year In Review

To say that it has been an insane and challenging year would be an understatement. Having traveled across the United States a few times over, handling countless client projects and making a handful of major changes here at Jackson & Co. we can look back on 2014 with fond memories and plenty of laughs!

One of the biggest changes this year occurred when Trevor left Jackson & Co. in March to pursue his own business with Factotum USA and his eventual transition into a career with our friends at GMR Marketing in Milwaukee. We miss him dearly here at the studio and not a day goes by where we don’t think about him and everything he has brought to our team over the years.

With this new transition Melanie, Adam and I forged ahead into the year with plenty of new challenges and enough wild adventures to make our heads spin! We grew Jackson & Co. quite a bit over the past nine months and expanded our work and services both creatively and with much more focus. Having Adam at my side every day as a “co-creative” on our team has been one of the most impacting aspects of our success this year. He has brought so much energy, enthusiasm and humor to the job each and every day, that I can honestly say this has been one of the most incredibly motivating and inspirational years we’ve had.

Granted we haven’t been able to do as much personal work this year as we would have hoped, but our client workload have kept us very busy these past few months along with these new transitions. We have also moved our office workspace to the Zuelke Building in downtown Appleton next to our friends at Shear Chaos Salon and have expanded our studio shooting space at the Edison Centre. Along with that, we are re-launching our brand new website that was created by our good friend Jason Kobishop and hope to have it online next month. We also welcome Che Correa, our intern, to the Jackson & Co. crew. She has been a huge help to us over the past month and look forward to having her with us in the coming year. Besides that, she puts up with our childish antics…

Regardless of our crazy schedules, exhausting travel, deadlines and never-ending balancing act with our families, we here at Jackson & Co. want to thank each and every one of our friends, family and clients for making 2014 a great year! We couldn’t have done this without you and we love you all.

Happy New Year and here’s to 2015!
